did 5k servicing today. damage was $37+. filled petrol at $53+ also. knn the price went up again. now is $1.6+ per litre. last time this was the price of v-power!! forcing me to put 92 sia if this goes on.... told them to fix the handbrake cos it didnt bite alot... must pull very high. but now can pull abit only..... damn tight.... anyway this is the last of the labour-free servicings. next time chor liao! makes me consider whether to continue servicing at C & C. anyway for fc, its around 12+ km/l. cnfrm liao, cos engine run in finish le. will see when skool reopens if fc will improve back to 14+ cos tt time almost 80% highway while travelling from home to skool and back.
lets see... went to play badminton on tues wif the army guys. quite fun and damn funny cos i suck at it big time.... haha Dennis now selling computers at Funan. no longer a chef le. but still as lao lan as b4... always provoke me to whack him.... wed was pretty hot. so went for a swim with W. kept raining intermittently as we tanned. in fact i din swim at all.... merely kept at the side of the pool. swimming would haf been quite tiring cos i swam on mon (yes, i really swam) and went running after that. the only problem was that the weather on monday was crappy... not much sun at all due to the clouds. good weather for running though. today's thur and we finally got the trip settled. so many little details to sort out.... but it was really cheap in the end.... looking forward to it.... sigh though we are going back to the same places again.... perhaps we should go to the other places and skip those we went to last year.... looking forward to the shopping.... muahahaha

hot slow boring monday afternoon
count count, den realised i din online from wed till sunday. grand total of 4 days. been busy la... so nv do any blogging. but now very free, so blogging again. hehe. upon reflection, my answer to Pat's question on why i blog is becoz i have too much time and nothing to do. very free, very sian, so write something lor.... more of a log den a diary.... but if u noticed, i dun blog everyday and sometimes dun blog for days. coz im not always very free and very sian mah. sometimes really nothing to do, so occupy myself awhile ma, create something and decor it... quite fun. blogging is maintenance free wad, if i haven got the time, i simply dun do anything lor.
actually im not free today... cos got stuff to do. but since it has been postponed, im here in front of the PC lor. weather so hot, hmmm i shall disappear soon... to go swimming. mai tu liao. more tan abit den can consider this a vacation mah. vacation 3 months and come back as white as b4, not called vacation liaoz.... keke now muz recount the past few days... wed watched tv, thurs watched tv le den go supper at 85 (again!!), ate ba chor mee (again!!). fri watched tv, sat went tuition den went out to Parkway wif Pat and Joseph. they went grocery shopping at Giant. so auntie!!! ate Fish and Co., where Pat slowly waited at while i slowly dilly dally. hehe. mango carrot is a nice drink rite Pat?? hmmm, sambal stingray seems like a good idea sia. anyways sunday amazingly no tuition so watched tv again... wait a min, dun i NOT watch tv? yup u got that right, the problem is that there is something called superstar on channel U. juz watch lor since its the quarters liao. no more lame asses trying to be funny.... motivates me to go KTV sia. long time haben been to KTV le. den another thing is the DVDs i bought from JB. buy le of coz muz watch rite?? kekeke gotta go le, b4 im late...... ciaoz.

Great Singapore Sale...
...is coming to an end, according to Pat. and i haben bot anything yet.... until yesterday la. went to TM for some shopping. unexpectedly saw surf shorts @ $10. W, Joseph and I all bot 1 each. hehe. cheap stuff cant miss! i also finally got my slippers. good riddance to the $1 pair. no more slipping on that frekking slippery slippers. really is "1 cent $$, 1 cent goods". tot of buying more stuff, but decided not to. can always buy after i come back from the trip if i dun find anything suitable overseas...
after that wanted to play snooker one but decided not to cos it was ex and W buay gian. nobody gian snooker anymore, even ME! went for drinks b4 W suddenly suggested going his house to play mahjong. called Pat along too. got started at about 5pm and broke at 6 cos birthday boi gotta eat wif his parents. i had tuition too so juz went to Barks for dinner cos Joseph haben been dere b4. had crayfish hor fun, which was decidedly good. saw Pat eating the previous time. not very ex too! the place is darn near Pasir Ris, closer den Changi V. has a pool table and a nice setting. but no a/c and no sofas.... but free parking! u can say its really cheapskate when u r paying $1000 a month for the car. wads parking?? but den parking, when u add $1 to $1 to $1, goes well over $100 a month. so its really quite shiong. free parking is always welcome. after tuition, guess wad? we restarted at 10.30 and played till 1am. rather short but i was really quite tired. slept till 1230 today.... world record for me i think! W was the big winner during the nite session. damn skilful leh he and Joseph. actually i guess mahjong is quite fun. im juz beginning to learn the game so abit kok... look forward to more sessions.... perhaps when overseas?? will rem Pat's advice next time....

La Luna day
heard this song by Belinda Carlisle all day........ even on radio on Class 95 in the afternoon. hehe. anyways finally got the damn Beetle Bug slippers repaired!! now its reinforced with stainless steel as well as industrial strength yellow superglue. think its gonna hold tough under all adverse conditions now.... got it done for the princely sum of $2. but the workmanship is left much to be desired.... saw sandals/slippers at BALLY selling for $300+ after huge discount while shopping @ orchard today. if i ever buy that and it spoils within a period of a year, i will scream blardy murder......
lets see, sat went KTV. den went to Newton Circus to eat. damn blardy ex compared to 85. well thats where they ka the tourists i suppose. anyways why issit called circus? any clowns around?? hehe anyway sun went ECP to eat wif my family. celebrate Father's Day by eating satay, chicken wings, bubur cha cha, oh-lua, duck porridge, curry chicken and sugar cane juice. zai hor? my dad is a simple man... unlike Mother's Day when we hit the restaurants with our aunts and uncles and cousins and most importantly, grand ma. den after that went all the way down to orchard to play snooker. reach liao den discover playing share. damn bo hua..... but quite long nv play le. quite enjoyable ba..... unwinding after a whole day of tuition. but still got the tio ka feeling. today went shopping @ orchard. also haben been there for a while. saw alot of nice things... but saving the $$ for the trip.... well i can always come back and buy if i see nothing nice overseas right?

put in $48+ of petrol at 14% discount yesterday night. feeling song song till i learnt that discount is 27% now. sian 1/2. hope it stays till my next top up. had a super full dinner wif W and Pat juz nw at Kuishin Bo, the jap place at suntec. quite nice.... we ate super alot in 90 minutes. what a kok rule it is... must finish eating within 90 minutes. but i think its a pretty reasonable amount of time. after that, went over joseph's place awhile.... hmmm feeling tired liao. update next time....

the past few days.
wah recently the past few days quite happening. fri went swimming wif W and den ate swensens wif W and Pat. top up $1 for ice cream buffet with every main course order. damn shiok. i and Pat ate 5-6 scoops sia! den went 85 to eat ba chor mee cos they gian.... makes me wonder hw come im not getting fat?? sat went swimming again, this time wif W, Kun and Mola. now i abit more tanned liao wor! den after that went Changi V eat fish head curry. damn cheap man $6 a pot. can eat till u pee curry.... den went suntec to buy Pat's prezzie.... shant say anything else abt this.... sshhhhhh
sun we went sentosa. went damn late too at 3+ cos we dilly dally. ate at seah inn wif W den went over to harbourfront to shop awhile. got a few things le den went over the bridge to sentosa. the sun wasnt hot nor bright on sunday, and we din get much of a tan. but the volleyball got fun towards the end of the day. couldnt get to play earlier cos of the crowd. volleyball skills were total rubbish. den we went to 85 for dinner (again!!). ate alot. ba chor mee (again!!), hokkien mee, satay, stingray, carrot cake. no space for the tang yuan..... nvm think we will go there again soon. oh yeah, think i getting the islander card. quite worth it since im changing my smiles points for it. 500 points get $44+ worth of $$$. damn wu hua. wish Esso Mobil had an exchange program with SAFRA. den i will get that too and stop being ka by SAFRA....
today i went JB wif W and Joseph. took damn long to find a place to park the car cos Kranji doesnt have a public parking space. neither did Woodlands regional centre. i think im not gonna drive there the next time we go in. might as well take the damn mrt. tot of driving in but i din have 3/4 tank. and i totally 4got about the jam at the causeway when coming back to singapore from JB. phew!! lucky i din drive in. parking at causeway point is a totally stoopid thing to do i think (but i din have much choice), and the damage was the largest i ever had to fork out. suan le, small matter. anyways we went in and shopped at city square awhile. den cabbed to every singaporeans' fave place in JB. not much of a crowd at holiday inn, but maybe cos it was monday?? as usual, got DVDs.... price dropped man. wad a surprise. anyway i did wad joseph tot was impossible cos i managed to get the guy to deliver it to singapore w/o paying a single cent for downpayment. budden again we have invested hundreds of $$ into the shop..... after that, i printed another shirt at a shirt printing shop.... thats another place where we have invested alot of $$.... this shop allows u to choose the design u want and they will print it on a shirt for u.... i liked the car stuff they carry so i had printed a MIVEC shirt last time. got a STi shirt this time round. damn cheap leh $17+ for a polo t with the design u like. W got a Ralliart one which i liked also. Joseph got a Spirit of Competition one which came out chio chio too. wonder if we will ever coincidentally wear the shirts out together 1 day?? got some foodstuff and had dinner b4 coming back. 950 is a long wait and the queue at the causeway was even longer... sianz. but now they have a gantry where u scan ur passport and go. pretty nifty i think.
hmmm back to tuition the next 2 days.... shall have fun again after this... program liao liao.... so shiok. must maximise the holidays b4 going back skool!! have fun, people........

all is not well
finally, have the mood to blog. have not been blogging for so long cos i have been busy..... truly busy. so as compensation, i will write a super long one since im in the mood. hehe. keke adhering to joseph's request, i will write stuff about my life. so i will keep the mention of summer rain to a minimum in this entry. happy joseph?
only decided to blog now cos i have been feeling negative recently so i din want to write a sour entry.... if i din rem wrongly, i left off b4 ICT.... so i shall talk about my army life.... booked in on monday morning 0800 for ICT, which btw is in-camp training, previously called Reservist. 1st thing i saw when i walked past the gate was the new RSM.... stupid singh..... blardy called me to cut my hair when its already so short.... still have to pay $5. most of my platoon mates went for the haircut too.... haha. they nv changed, as kuai lan as usual and nv follow instructions: " report at 0800 sharp with a DECENT haircut. CO is particular about discipline and will not hesitate to punish anyone not complying with general orders" heck, there was even talk that we would be charged as we had to write down our names and platoon and NRIC on a piece of paper held by RSM. not that we cared though. Reservist LEH!! most of them came with a headful of coloured hair.....
ICT was alright la. save the outfield at Lim Chu Kang. fucking shack cos we din get to sleep cos the fucking trainers kept tekaning us through out the night. imagine digging at 5am when we had done none-stop missions from noon the day b4. i tot we were here for RESERVIST? not full time regulars u know? paid $97 for 5 days nia must lidat. damn bo hua. those fellas who are working still have make up pay. but im not so im paid peanuts.... pay peanuts should act monkey lor.... damn it. den the IPPT b4 the outfield was crap. i couldnt run to save my life man.... thats disappointment no. 2. damn crappy sia. on thursday (2 June) NUS results were out and mark and co. were like encouraging me to call the tel no. to check my results and i was like:" nah i will check online when we book out" acting nonchalant and all cool. but seriously i wasnt all acted up like sem 1. now lao jiao le, relak jet. TILL 1 of my SGTs who was in NUS Chem Engin Yr 1 told me that he got many Cs for this sem, including a non-core module we took together. DEN i freaked out.... but i still refused to call the damn no. cos its totally no fun listening to a machine read out ur grades 1 by 1. i rather see a webpage and digest my grades all at one go. SHOW HAND!!!
i was really quite happy to see all my army buddies. haven seen them for a year..... most of the LCPs are now working liao.... nv have the chance to hang around like we did last time. even the CPLs are all studying in different skools. not much chance to meet up. UPDATES: quite shocked to learn that Bruce has split up wif PX... kaoz hw can a 4 yr relationship be so fragile? i din ask much la since u dun really wanna say.... no wonder now u like game siao more den ever.... China Black also changed alot now. age changed to 18 liao. really miss the chio bus there and the free entry b4 10.... we old liao la, really miss the old days... and the few trips to JB.... now nv even go anymore cos got boring after a few times.... really quite hiong man come to think of it. heng always nothing happen... except that time i kenna bring into the office.... touch wood. if not i think we can all go Mowbray Camp wear brazil jersey liao. or chao chao SOL. the soccer downstairs when we nv book out during nites off, Johnson's white PS2 which made us siao winning 11 all over again, the western food from Gombak Mess, the XXX and live soccer we watch after midnite, so many wonderful moments..... and we saw each other again last week minus all the fun stuff. sit in bunk talk kok not bad also mah.... well see u guys in June 2006 ba. bring more canned food for the next ICT.... and dun carry out ur threats to defer/disrupt ok? hehe
after reminiscence, back to Earth... well after i booked out from ICT, i went to my dear grandpa's wake. received the news on thursday evening. he passed away on thurs morning during his sleep. quite sad la.... but he died of old age.... quite expected cos his health was deteriorating... luckily i just talked to him recently..... so at least i remember everything about him although i din get to say goodbye. haiz life's short. must enjoy every moment... cherish everything u have.... here is another disappointing thing.... none of my frenz came to the wake. quite sad come to think of it. kena suan for it... haiz dun say le.... anyway i remember grandpa as very hardworking and thrifty. and very nice to us. always buy coffee for the adults and sweets for the kids when there was a gathering. always brought me home from kindergarten when i lived in his house in AMK as a kid. think he left behind quite a bit of $$. haiz quite pathetic right u work so hard liao den when u die, u spend so much $$ on ur own funeral also..... we spent most of the time folding taels as offering. time passes so quickly cos there were boxes and boxes of it and there wasnt enough time to fold it all... alot of food and drinks and chit chat while folding.... we burnt the paper house and car along with all the taels we folded on sunday night.... really happening. the fire was unbearably hot.... 1st time i did this.... guess im quite lucky my grandparents live so long.... i think 82 years is good enough for me. went to mandai on monday. its a very tranquil place.... Eugenia block 2, #03-28.... shall go on the 4th month 26th day of the lunar calendar every year. especially sad when i saw the coffin go into the chamber..... to tell the truth, i nearly cried.... haven cried for years liao.... hope he lived a satisfactory life.... most importantly, everybody should leave without regrets..... i learnt alot these few days.... regarding rituals and procedures and stuff.... its really an experience, though not entirely a good one. oh yeah i also saw ex-President Wee Kim Wee's place..... really the People's President i should say....
now on to the trivial things..... 1st thing was my results. i checked when i got home on Friday night. really disappointing. i hereby resolve to put in more effort next semester...... i PROMISE.... ok dun dwell on this too much.... no point. wats over is over. next was my Beetle Bug slippers..... i witnessed the demise of my beloved slippers during my grandpa's wake..... foreboding right? dunno whether can repair back anot? hope can ah, if not its a blardy waste.... Wed was an enjoyable day. tuition has restarted and i had 1 on tues, 2 on wed, and 2 on thurs.... Wed nite was MAMBO night. haben went for ages.... quite fun i must say. compared with the previous totally rubbish trip to Double O. much better music, and much better looking girls.... why waste $25 on MS which is on the way down when we can pay $5 less and have a lot more fun at Singapore's premier danceclub? 1 girl really caught my eye.... W says they are from TPJC.... cos she was among a group of 6-7 girls.... but guess now old liao, wiser liao.... anyway with my JC kakis, must behave..... so wads the point of having her no.?? if she cheong frequently one, i think i will faint. reminds me of HL....
hmmm. now the things to look forward to.... 1) the overseas trip with my JC gang.... i hope it happens.... the previous one to KL was totally WHACK. will nv 4get it. though not as wild as the one with my army frenz to ROC, it was still very memorable.... chao chao no need to have training b4 the RNR. shant talk about the KL trip now... maybe in future entries.... but hope we can make it happen la.... luckily my results werent total RUBBISH, if not i cant even go.... Phew! 2) now Great Singapore Sale leh, feel like going shopping.... but budget got constraint leh.... now got Summer Rain and got to go overseas.... hand very tight.... anybody got sugar mummy to intro?? long time nv buy anything expensive liao... cos i bot the most expensive item in my life.... wad a trade off! 3) now saving $$ for aircon in my room.... hehe. motivated by W. and ya $$ for modding Summer Rain. temporarily Summer Rain will be stuck at version 1.15. no $$ to do anything much liao... content with refueling it... now 10% discount is back... finally.... just in time to top up cos i have 1/4 tank left nia. next big project should be bodykit. but im putting it off cos i juz knocked up summer rain and the dent makes me think twice about installing the bodykit.... im not even gonna do the dent yet....

only decided to blog now cos i have been feeling negative recently so i din want to write a sour entry.... if i din rem wrongly, i left off b4 ICT.... so i shall talk about my army life.... booked in on monday morning 0800 for ICT, which btw is in-camp training, previously called Reservist. 1st thing i saw when i walked past the gate was the new RSM.... stupid singh..... blardy called me to cut my hair when its already so short.... still have to pay $5. most of my platoon mates went for the haircut too.... haha. they nv changed, as kuai lan as usual and nv follow instructions: " report at 0800 sharp with a DECENT haircut. CO is particular about discipline and will not hesitate to punish anyone not complying with general orders" heck, there was even talk that we would be charged as we had to write down our names and platoon and NRIC on a piece of paper held by RSM. not that we cared though. Reservist LEH!! most of them came with a headful of coloured hair.....
ICT was alright la. save the outfield at Lim Chu Kang. fucking shack cos we din get to sleep cos the fucking trainers kept tekaning us through out the night. imagine digging at 5am when we had done none-stop missions from noon the day b4. i tot we were here for RESERVIST? not full time regulars u know? paid $97 for 5 days nia must lidat. damn bo hua. those fellas who are working still have make up pay. but im not so im paid peanuts.... pay peanuts should act monkey lor.... damn it. den the IPPT b4 the outfield was crap. i couldnt run to save my life man.... thats disappointment no. 2. damn crappy sia. on thursday (2 June) NUS results were out and mark and co. were like encouraging me to call the tel no. to check my results and i was like:" nah i will check online when we book out" acting nonchalant and all cool. but seriously i wasnt all acted up like sem 1. now lao jiao le, relak jet. TILL 1 of my SGTs who was in NUS Chem Engin Yr 1 told me that he got many Cs for this sem, including a non-core module we took together. DEN i freaked out.... but i still refused to call the damn no. cos its totally no fun listening to a machine read out ur grades 1 by 1. i rather see a webpage and digest my grades all at one go. SHOW HAND!!!
i was really quite happy to see all my army buddies. haven seen them for a year..... most of the LCPs are now working liao.... nv have the chance to hang around like we did last time. even the CPLs are all studying in different skools. not much chance to meet up. UPDATES: quite shocked to learn that Bruce has split up wif PX... kaoz hw can a 4 yr relationship be so fragile? i din ask much la since u dun really wanna say.... no wonder now u like game siao more den ever.... Trev found a new gf liao ah..... bring out let us see leh.... hehe u desperado, now happy liao la.... told u u can always find another one. religion this kinda thing cant be helped la..... 1 chicken 1 duck, hw can? the rest like no change, or i din hear about it... lincoln u muz jia you ah... maintain ok? i still envious cos i still haven found a ger i can go steady with. hehe... really miss the nonsense and all the outings.... almost daily sessions of snooker at Bukit Timah wif yw, trev and allan. shiok leh play liao no need pay.... now i nv touch the cue much liao... SERIOUS. why u all dun believe?? jalan jalan @ orchard beo cha bor + andrew and dennis. tues K-Box at Lot 1 cos gents nite.... still rem the gers who can really sing..... jio 1 day go KTV leh.... haben been to Party World Clementi also ever since that time.... the yin ying still there haha. oh how can i 4get the sneaky trips to Mambo? always pray that we wun get caught in the morning haha.... damn whack. now i also seldom go liao.... recently go also nv hear Summer Rain le..... China Black also changed alot now. age changed to 18 liao. really miss the chio bus there and the free entry b4 10.... we old liao la, really miss the old days... and the few trips to JB.... now nv even go anymore cos got boring after a few times.... really quite hiong man come to think of it. heng always nothing happen... except that time i kenna bring into the office.... touch wood. if not i think we can all go Mowbray Camp wear brazil jersey liao. or chao chao SOL. the soccer downstairs when we nv book out during nites off, Johnson's white PS2 which made us siao winning 11 all over again, the western food from Gombak Mess, the XXX and live soccer we watch after midnite, so many wonderful moments..... and we saw each other again last week minus all the fun stuff. sit in bunk talk kok not bad also mah.... well see u guys in June 2006 ba. bring more canned food for the next ICT.... and dun carry out ur threats to defer/disrupt ok? hehe
after reminiscence, back to Earth... well after i booked out from ICT, i went to my dear grandpa's wake. received the news on thursday evening. he passed away on thurs morning during his sleep. quite sad la.... but he died of old age.... quite expected cos his health was deteriorating... luckily i just talked to him recently..... so at least i remember everything about him although i din get to say goodbye. haiz life's short. must enjoy every moment... cherish everything u have.... here is another disappointing thing.... none of my frenz came to the wake. quite sad come to think of it. kena suan for it... haiz dun say le.... anyway i remember grandpa as very hardworking and thrifty. and very nice to us. always buy coffee for the adults and sweets for the kids when there was a gathering. always brought me home from kindergarten when i lived in his house in AMK as a kid. think he left behind quite a bit of $$. haiz quite pathetic right u work so hard liao den when u die, u spend so much $$ on ur own funeral also..... we spent most of the time folding taels as offering. time passes so quickly cos there were boxes and boxes of it and there wasnt enough time to fold it all... alot of food and drinks and chit chat while folding.... we burnt the paper house and car along with all the taels we folded on sunday night.... really happening. the fire was unbearably hot.... 1st time i did this.... guess im quite lucky my grandparents live so long.... i think 82 years is good enough for me. went to mandai on monday. its a very tranquil place.... Eugenia block 2, #03-28.... shall go on the 4th month 26th day of the lunar calendar every year. especially sad when i saw the coffin go into the chamber..... to tell the truth, i nearly cried.... haven cried for years liao.... hope he lived a satisfactory life.... most importantly, everybody should leave without regrets..... i learnt alot these few days.... regarding rituals and procedures and stuff.... its really an experience, though not entirely a good one. oh yeah i also saw ex-President Wee Kim Wee's place..... really the People's President i should say....
now on to the trivial things..... 1st thing was my results. i checked when i got home on Friday night. really disappointing. i hereby resolve to put in more effort next semester...... i PROMISE.... ok dun dwell on this too much.... no point. wats over is over. next was my Beetle Bug slippers..... i witnessed the demise of my beloved slippers during my grandpa's wake..... foreboding right? dunno whether can repair back anot? hope can ah, if not its a blardy waste.... Wed was an enjoyable day. tuition has restarted and i had 1 on tues, 2 on wed, and 2 on thurs.... Wed nite was MAMBO night. haben went for ages.... quite fun i must say. compared with the previous totally rubbish trip to Double O. much better music, and much better looking girls.... why waste $25 on MS which is on the way down when we can pay $5 less and have a lot more fun at Singapore's premier danceclub? 1 girl really caught my eye.... W says they are from TPJC.... cos she was among a group of 6-7 girls.... but guess now old liao, wiser liao.... anyway with my JC kakis, must behave..... so wads the point of having her no.?? if she cheong frequently one, i think i will faint. reminds me of HL....
hmmm. now the things to look forward to.... 1) the overseas trip with my JC gang.... i hope it happens.... the previous one to KL was totally WHACK. will nv 4get it. though not as wild as the one with my army frenz to ROC, it was still very memorable.... chao chao no need to have training b4 the RNR. shant talk about the KL trip now... maybe in future entries.... but hope we can make it happen la.... luckily my results werent total RUBBISH, if not i cant even go.... Phew! 2) now Great Singapore Sale leh, feel like going shopping.... but budget got constraint leh.... now got Summer Rain and got to go overseas.... hand very tight.... anybody got sugar mummy to intro?? long time nv buy anything expensive liao... cos i bot the most expensive item in my life.... wad a trade off! 3) now saving $$ for aircon in my room.... hehe. motivated by W. and ya $$ for modding Summer Rain. temporarily Summer Rain will be stuck at version 1.15. no $$ to do anything much liao... content with refueling it... now 10% discount is back... finally.... just in time to top up cos i have 1/4 tank left nia. next big project should be bodykit. but im putting it off cos i juz knocked up summer rain and the dent makes me think twice about installing the bodykit.... im not even gonna do the dent yet....
