... and im crapping here again on a cool Sunday night. really hope to do better for this paper. anyways those observant fellas will have noticed that this page doesnt load a song anymore. nor does it have a powerpoint slide of pictures anymore. nor does it have a tag board anymore. reason is simply becos i wanna simplify this page. no song cos feedback was that it interferred with song playlists on others' PCs. no powerpoint cos the thing keeps jumping up and down due to different sized pics. no tag becos nobody uses it apart from W and my cousin. so they shut it down and so i removed it. still have the comments thing in case anybody bothers to leave some thoughts. so far the comments are rubbish from strangers. hmmm, its just like i decided to keep summer rain simple and not stick any stickers on it like i wanted to initially. like Ralliart and Spirit of Competition stuff. but think its a big turn off cos im not driving a Mitsubishi. ok alright so it will be plain and simple.
so, looking forward to a wonderful vacation. yeah yeah i know, it has already started for you all... Joseph has cautioned me against wasting $$$. so has my mum. and so has myself. ok look, i already decided to save a shitload of $$$ when i decided NOT to do the 4-1 extractor, Unichip, open pod with SRI, SAFC, Supersprint/REMUS exhaust, blah blah blah u name it. so let me indulge a little bit and thats it. no more modding liao. the rest of the $$$ WILL be spent on the downpayment for the next ride, preferably a WRX, if it still exists years later... i havent spent on anything significant ever since the July KL trip. just saving up. still using a 128mb mp3 player while the trend is 4GB, still using a crappy phone while pple all have cameras on their phones.
im a slave to a car, so i dare not buy anything extravagant liao. nv play snooker, nv go clubbing, and worrying whenever i dun have enuf tuition..... i know its stupid but to me its worth it. oh yeah i got rid of the 8855 for those who still dun know. yes i know i swore nv to change it, but well, things got cranky. the address bk is un-searchable, the sms inbox nv arranges itself in chronological order, the calendar is viewed week by week at best. i tolerated all these till worst of all the battery started to weaken and sometimes refused to charge. the battery isnt selling anymore, so well the smart thing is to change right? and so i did, though its a large loss on my part. well i will never spend more than $300 on a phone from now on. esp now, since phones come out every month like NOBODY'S business.

1 more paper.....
haiz. struggled through 2 papers. those are jialat sia. now left the last one. i must have the determination to carry on!! so many are done liao, the ntu pple, kelvin, vincent, blah blah. and i still have 1 left. really crappy.
was flipping thru the papers today and i shortlisted 2 phones liao. 6230i and 3230. or should i just wait longer? feel like getting rid of the 3120. but singtel dun have the 6230i liao. shucks! i prefer that model. seems like i either wait or go for the 3230....
now WRX 83k nia. wah drool man. too bad im just a student and cannot afford it. oh well at least i can continue my mods on summer rain this holidays. stopped ever since july. 8 months of looking at the banged up licence plate.... nobody can stand it except me!! kekeke changing le, dun worry. will update the mods after i have done them.... still wondering whether to save for vacations or spend it on modding.... hope i will have more tutition assignments during the holidays!! really need the cash cos i got lotsa things to buy.

Chronicles of the unwanted
heh! my mum has been doing spring cleaning on my wardrobe again.... now lets see what has been consigned to the rag-and-bone man. Benhur, Reebok, Dockers, Kappa, Hard Rock and now, MIVEC!! hmmm all dark-coloured clothes. "the colours have faded" is the standard reply from mum. oh well so i should avoid them??
oh yeah and cruelly my adidas Incision has bade adieu. having had my plea of gluing it back rejected, i sadly had to see it go... after all it had given me $400 from IPPT, and i wun be wearing it for the next one liao... so sad. who remembers my 1st adidas pair? think its called Savage or something... i think adidas makes durable running shoes. not like the crappy New Balance ones used by SAF.

i say!! really surprised to see this scoreline. i juz found out today. shows how un-updated i am. well well lets see if they can build on this. really disappointed and disgusted with the 4-1 thrashing by Middlesbrough and the loss at Lille. WTF!!?? hmmmm lets wait and see.

calm before the storm
oh wow. 1 month of not updating. no forum-ing this sem, very much less MSN-ing, no blogging for a month. no-lifer busy doing projects/assignments/tutorials/studying-for-tests. no-lifer giving tuition to throw $$$ away. what does Orchard look like? i dun even remember..... Orchard ERP? nv ever paid b4, yet.
well well perhaps i will be quitting forums? i dun even bother to log on anymore. gets boring after a while. lets see if i go in again during the holidays. if not, guess the fad is really over... wonder if i will MSN during the hols? seems like i dun even online except to discuss stuff. how pathetic is that? well exams are coming round the corner. hope i will start turbocharging.... oh well less tuition now that the students' exams are coming up or are already over. more time for me to study, but well, no $$$. aww shucks....... nvm, study first and worry-abt-it-later
Friendster is more happening now, surprise surprise. think the server is still crappy though. logged in recently to approve friend requests. pretty amazing that people still play it. heard gunbound is happening too, but everyone i know had stopped. well all these are just fads. fun at first but never lasting very long. hmmm blogging is fun at first too, but a no-lifer equates boring posts. think it will serve well as a diary of sorts.... well i have a new fad now. its called google earth. quite fun making out the locations blah blah.... but some places are totally cloudy and others are not even resolved to any visible degree. quite hard to make out places less u r totally familiar with the surroundings. but all in all, a pretty neat idea....
www.streetdirectory.com is going commercial. how sad. no more handy street directions anymore. hmmmm. got fined at 85 last fri. how unlucky.... driving poorly these 2 days.... yikes! at least i have been sleeping more. damn shack to have consecutive 0630 days. my legs are damn blardy aching after the soccer on sun. haven ran for soooo long. think i better train during the Dec break. maybe another $300 will be good motivation. oh yeah mob briefing last last last sat and i was paid a grand total of $10 for doing nothing except catching up with the guys. Johnson's working for OSIM. who wanna buy OSIM stuff can contact me... confirmed cheaper by a bit....

Joseph cant believe im still griping about Greece winning Portugal and a Porto-Monaco Champions League final. and Milan losing a 3-0 lead in last year's final. lets see if I can add on to my collection of jerseys after the World Cup. hehehe. summer rain is at 10,800 km now but i still haben serviced. fc seems to be dropping. think will travel less as exams come and lessons stop. less $$ on petrol and less mileage clocked b4 servicing. rainy season recently so im washing like twice a week. getting lazier. not to mention less fussy. theres like 100 dings on the doors, 1 long deep scratch on the left doors, numerous stone chips on the bonnet and front fender, and of coz, that dent in front. but i dun feel the pain as much as the dent. still contemplating on what to do in Dec. shld i save for vacations or shld i spend it on the car? decisions decisions
was reading about some guy who has $250k in assets in the Sunday Times yesterday. i mean, 250k is cool obviously, but what does he do with all the $$? dying and bringing it with him is really dumb. saving up to buy a 1 million freehold is great, but staying in it but not spending on anything else is dumb. why not stay HDB and spending as and when required? nothing ostentatious but just some indulgences. unless the freehold is worth sacrificing meals, overseas holidays, a car, a wife, kids, entertainment eg. movies. well maybe his priorities are different. i admit im just a spendthrift.... oh well i learnt brandon dabbles in shares. how cool is that? 22 years old and playing shares. with REAL cash. i only played POEMS with 100k "cash" and earned only 4k+. thats like 4% only. nothing fantastic like 10-15% but hey im just a beginner. but to play with real cash. thats an entirely different proposition. he earns like every month but lost most of the earnings when he blew $700-800 1 particular month. nah i guess i will stick to tuition. more stable. shares is worse than soccer betting.
