week 3 of skool term is coming to an end

and im so dead. so many lectures and tutorials to print. and needless to say, do. omg im already lagging. better buck up after CNY!

a break from tuition during the coming weekend. how nice. but no $$$$. im such a sad case right?

haha Ann Kok is MAD! but shes still quite hot although most agree that she aged much after coming back from HK. hehe Kenix Kwok looks good too... saw quite a few chiobus during the genes lecture today. ahhh engin juz CMI. sad case.

jammed like crazy with accidents at PIE and AYE in the morning at 9+. better drive carefully and not tailgate... CTE was jammed when going home at 4+. and i thought jams started at 6+. wads the world coming to these days? muz be CNY mood nobodys working. cos not much traffic at Loyang Ave when i left home at 6+pm. ah petrol is gonna go up again next week i think. better pump b4 that.

hmmm shack

have not been sleeping much recently. slept at 1+ on fri after coffee club xpress at siglap. den slept at 4am on sat after hanging out at chai chee, of all places. sunday was fine except i had to wake up at 0630 today. hmmm with the CNY holidays coming, dun feel like doing much serious work... sigh. think a busy sem is ahead. cant wait for May to arrive.

been eating well during the weekend too. haha. wonder why i wun grow fat. went 511 on fri and had the usual. den mudpie at coffee club. quite nice i must say. sat went Jumbo to eat. nice too! chilli crab + fried buns, sambal kang kong, fried squid, you tiao, scallops and mee goreng.... $148 is ex but well, its seafood. 1st time too... now that i suddenly remember, i haben been to the Fullerton chocolate buffet. wonder if i have the chance to go??

heard LOST dvd is out! finally! perhaps can buy it in May. watching Initial D still. quite a simple show actually. but now i see new plot development between takumi and his girl... think is more interesting than the races.... haha. man utd actually won liverpool. sigh feel sorry for liverpool. but man utd always does this. winning the big matches but losing the small ones. very inconsistent. well not that i care too much nowadays...

i can smell the $$ machine spinning... haha. anyway quite happy to have received my stuff from emart... not as long a delay as i was told to expect. minor miscomm with my father resolved. my grannie is getting better. had a facial today. ate good food today too. so many things to be happy about.

oh no skool is getting into gear... time to shift up. but CNY is coming so still abit of holiday mood. haha! wah i found out that "一分钱，一分货" is really true. my mum found a big hole in the pants from Topman. sales stuff are not necessarily good. hehe me poor so bo pianz. anyway rectifying the defect is cheap and fast and im still happy cos the hole was found out now instead of during CNY when im wearing it. will be quite pai seh then.

been watching Initial D recently. the animation quite poor haha but well i din expect much anyway. sometimes quite funny esp. the 阿树. but seriously everybody looks down on the Trueno AE86. and the Levin AE85 even more. haha well its the driver... wad is a Skyline GTR32 wif 380 HP? cant even beat a 86. but some of the moves are really exaggerating. i surely cant do them nor will i ever attempt to do them. there is a line between daily driving and professional racing and many people fail to realise that... haha but bet my fc is going down... revving waaaayyyyyy too much. oh well its certainly more fun to drive like this, juz dun get overtly reckless. wow COE dropped to 8k. freaking unbelievable. i bet a sunny costs as much as Summer now. sianz. korean cars are of inferior quality i would say. i would take a jap make anytime. well wad to do i couldnt wait a year for this to happen.

after a hard day's shopping...

finally got some stuff on monday. huge discounts galore! haha quite tired too and i still had tuition in the evening. today was shack too. 5 hrs of lecture then went home to sleep. had tuition at night too. at least i kept up with the webcast lectures cos been pontank-ing to go shopping. naughty yeah?

well CNY is here again. for the 2nd year running, our CNY shopping expedition is a success. on another note, housework is also done. all ready for CNY! hmmm think this CNY will be more happening than last year. forecast of events include collecting shit (kio sai) on CNY eve and gambling... while last year was totally NATO (No Action Talk Only) cos nothing happened in the end. haha

hmmm abit sianz cant think of anymore things to write. thats all for now. ciaoz.

happy mood now. why?

1) after days of chasing, finally got back my door panels. workmanship quite ok la. free one wad u expect? no more being condemned as a half-fuck car.... hehe. spent 1 hr putting them all back... with help from Kelvin!

2) can go CNY shopping tml.... thats a happy thought. haben shopped in a long long time. last time was like in KL back in July 05.

3) finally have tuition assignments. on my way to springs.... hehe. hopefully rims too!

4) open pod din really adversely affect fc. juz filled up summer rain and the last tank clocked 14.5km/l. not too bad....

now the bad news. petrol went back up by 4 cents. slow to drop, doubly quick to rise! and school has started. here comes the lectures tutorials assignments labs projects test exams.... but hey, lets enjoy tml! off to sleep now. nitez and take care!!!

hope you did. i know 1 call isnt much, but if 1 out of every 4 singaporeans called ONCE, there would have been a million calls... ok so i was 1 of those who withdrew my monthly donation to NK*. i did that once i knew of the 600k "peanut" issue. since so little of my $$ goes to the patients and most of it to 1st class airline tix and gold taps, why bother. i rather reserve my $$ for events like today's. yeah i was really touched when Venerable Min Yi broke down... really admire his courage and strength in each year's show... trust me, the 66 storey crossing REALLY requires guts and determination.

well ok detractors will question how much of the $$$ goes to the patients... but i trust a Buddhist mission, well definitely much more than a company with a greedy CEO and board of directors... the charity environment has really been affected by the NK* saga... wasnt surprised Ren Ci din meet their target of 600k calls. well 488k is at least closer than the amount at 8.30pm. luckily the numbers shot up thereafter...

hmmm congrats to Ren Ci for hitting their target of $5 million. not too bad afterall. hope i can contribute more when i really start earning $$$. anyway im not a particularly devout Buddhist but i recognise it as my religion. and i dun eat beef anymore. quite a long time since... hmmm no harm being more devout yeah? but i cant be a total vegetarian... thats quite unthinkable for me now... ok talk later. tata

happy 22nd birthday to me 2 days ago...

haha. 22nd birthday le. starting to get old le. had a wonderful time at expo for the mambo jambo. not as packed as kim seng, but still no summer rain. anyway thanx for the present from W, pat, kun, molar and jos... like it very much...

anyway this is my 68th entry. summer rain is 10 months old in 11 days. mileage is almost 15k. wow lotsa numbers. haha. hmmm skool is starting next week. wow time to start working and get rid of the holiday mood. have to say that this was a pretty good vacation... well cant wait to get out of university and begin working... alas 2.5 years more to go... sigh really sian to start work again...

restarting tuition and skool work... hmmm too bad i din manage to go overseas this holidays. perhaps next holiday? or perhaps its not to be. who knows?? haha lets talk about happier things... time to start building up a pile of cash again.... heez thinking of that makes me drool cos im hoping to change rims for summer rain. wonder if my dad will object? lalalala... feel that im more optimistic nowadays... well think its easier on myself la. less worries = happier. well brooding over things is not very helpful.
